Nice view from the lounge

The room and the bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable. There was no view. The AC in the hotel did not work even though Siena was in the middle of heat wave. We could not open the windows because of terrible noise outside our window until 2 am.

From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was so kind and accomodating and wanted everything to be perfect for us. The breakfast was outstanding and the common area was comfortable with an incredible view. We loved this place and the staff made it extra special. Thank you for making our time in Siena so special.

La qualité de l’accueil.: l’attitude bienveillante, le désir de rendre notre séjour agréable, le désir de faire de bonnes suggestions pour le choix de bons restaurants et de faire les réservations. Personnel très attentionné et très sympathiques. Le cachet de l’établissement. La terrasse et son fabuleux point de vue sur une partie de la ville et certains édifices phares comme le Duomo et San Domenico. La Résidence est vraiment à proximité de tous les sites incontournables.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur. Pain, grissol, plusieurs petits bols de confitures en rien originales, le café est bon et servi à demande. En, rien n’est cuisiné. La chambre est de petite dimension, plus petite que les photos le laissent voir.

L’hôtel est superbe, d’époque; les chambres sont magnifiques et spacieuses avec un très beau décor et, concernant la nôtre, avec une vue donnant directement sur le Duomo ! L’établissement est à proximité de tout, l’accueil est topissime et la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner sublime ! Bref, un endroit idéal pour apprécier les beautés de Sienne. Grazie mille !

A l’hôtel comme chez soi. Accueil très agréable et délicat. Chambre décorée à l’ancienne : très confortable et super propre. Vue magnifique depuis la salle du petit déjeuner

This is the nicest hotel we stayed in on our three week trip through Italy. The hotel is small, charming, and still completely up to date with a great bathroom and amenities. The hotel staff is gracious and welcoming beyond expectations. We especially appreciated the lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the old town. It was a lucky find!

Nothing not to love

The views on the trace were magnificent and it was so quaint

The staff (especially Maria Louisa and Sara) were fantastic, so kind and helpful. They made many great restaurant suggestions and reserved tables for us each night. They also helped us discover so much of Siena. The hotel location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the Duomo and historic Siena. The balcony of room 5 is to die for - we spent many hours out there with a glass of wine enjoying the view. Lovely small hotel and would highly recommend.

The beds and pillows could be improved. We found them a bit hard. Maybe provide some charging stations or better charging areas for phones and tablets in the room.
