I stayed in this hotel for the first time, the stay here was very good and the staff here treated me very well, which I liked very much, I came to know a lot of things from the manager here, Mr Nitin, Ankit and Akash ji, which will support me in my journey to Delhi, thank you so much, all the employees who are doing their work well in this hotel, Be Happy Guy’s 😊

The hotel is located close to the Metro station,lot of food options around, shopping in karol bagh is very easy. the rooms are very nice specially the Superior room.Hotel is old but clean and hygeinic.The staff was helpful and cheerful

The only area of improvement is the amenities in room, adequate tea coffee and supplies were provided , maybe a suggestion to add some more toileteries,thanks.

Location was as per my convenience.

The housekeeping team clearly does an excellent job in maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. A special mention and big thanks to Ankit, Nitin, and Aakash, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality and professional service really made me feel welcomed like home. The hotel is also very well located in Karol Bagh, making it convenient to access shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation. The WiFi was strong, the breakfast was tasty, and the overall facilities were well-managed. The overall experience was excellent – smooth check-in, spotless rooms, great location, and very courteous staff. I would highly recommend Hotel Sunstar Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Delhi. I will definitely come back here on my next visit
