Location wise the hotel is good, and its perfect for solo travel although the price seems little expensive

Room was neat and clean and staff named Prince at reception was very polite and generous. Food was also good.

There was a little problem of water in the washroom.

best staff, comfort zone with best food

The room was clean and everything that we needed was there. Staffs were helpful and well mannered. The location was very good. City area without any unhygienic environment like Paharganj and old delhi.

Tried to claim that the hotel was full, took me down the road to another hotel with a different name, poor quality room with a bathroom that smelled terrible. I refused so they took me back to the original hotel and there was magically a room ready. This room felt insecure, bathroom leaked water everywhere, window had pigeons nesting in it.
