Nice, family-run hotel with good breakfast. Central to everything, five minutes walk from train and great views.

Faces a busy road with traffic and partying noises til late. Side and back facing rooms are probably quieter.

The staff speaks English; they were kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was the best we had on a three week trip. Location is excellent although on a very busy street so the noise level is not peaceful. Closing the doors helps because the glass is soundproofed. The hotel is beautifully renovated although our room with balcony was tiny!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It's in great location close to ferry and in the center of everything in Rapallo. Also, breakfast is excellent. Parking is very convenient. It is family owned place with outstanding service. Julia and the whole family recommended restaurants, places to go, made our stay really enjoyable.

The rooms were very clean and modern and the bathroom was also very clean and new. The balcony overlooking the sea was fantastic as was the breakfast which had the best coffee and pastries we have had during our time in Italy so far. But what was really special was the service from the family that run the hotel - they are very welcoming and helpful. You are in good hands with Hotel Vesuvio.
