"L'hôtel est fermé pour rénovation jusqu'à nouvel ordre !!"

Après avoir reçu une offre d'annulation sans aucune explication, j'ai gardé ma réservation. Quelle fut donc ma déception (après avoir vu la somme débitée) d'arriver à la porte de l'hôtel et de trouver : 1) personne présente ; 2) aucune réponse au téléphone ; 3) aucune notice sur la porte ; et 3) l'établissement fermé pour rénovation. Tout remboursement par l'hôtel ou par Booking est évidemment a oublier... Et comment savoir à quelle date l'hôtel reprendra ses affaires ???
