Villa Taormina

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, with a good breakfast to start the day. We were warmly welcomed by a genuinely lovely, friendly lady on arrival, but sadly this was not the standard across the board. Four other staff members came across as stuck up and rather disagreeable, which really took away from the otherwise charming setting. A real shame, as the hotel could have been an easy favourite.

The Junior suite we booked was not quite the room we are expecting. Our allocated room did not have a large double shower as mentioned or private balcony outdoor area. Our balcony overlooked the pool and the bathroom was tiny with a low shower head in a bathtub. If our room was the nicer junior suites advertised, it would have been a much more enjoyable experience. This room was located next to the housekeeping area on the higher floor and very noisy. It should only be offered as a lesser category room.

The Good en warm service by the hotel personnel, from the receptionist to the barista serving the coffee in the breakfast room. Perfect location with the corso only being a few steps away.

The property was very intimate and comfortable. The location was fantastic & the staff (Antonino) was so helpful! All of the staff were attentive and friendly.

There were just two things that stood out to me that could be addressed. The location of our room was directly under the pool roof top bar. There was a noise issue past 11 pm the first night that was unfortunate. The next evening it was not an issue :) The other thing I noticed were the condition of the bath towels. They seemed very old and need to be replaced. They were somewhat tattered with threads hanging off the edges. They were thin & worn. For such a nice hotel the towels should be very nice & luxurious.

Loved everything. Location was the best. Just off the Main Street so it was quiet but steps from everything.

An exceptional boutique hotel, in beautiful Taormina . We stayed here for one week. From the beautiful Rooms at the Villa, to the cute breakfast room, with amazing views of Mount Etna! The food was delicious. The roof top pool area was small but perfect, including the lovely secret garden bar. The staff felt like friends, they were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. In fact they felt like old friends. We will definitely return!

From the moment we arrived we wete welcomed like family, offered breakfast as they organised our room for early check in. The hotel was loveky, with beautiful gardens and pool. The views in the garden and bar were fabulous. My only issue, which was a very small one, was hot water in shower wasn't as hot as i like it. But considering it was summer with 35•c outside, it was fine. Breakfast was wonferful everyday, with little cooked surprises, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh cheese cold meats, breads, pancakes and pastries. They also make eggs however you like. We would definitely stay here again
