Chegando na recepcao do hotel, foi informado uqe deveria pagar o mesmo valor já pago no site booking, ou seja, paguei 2 vezes. Entro em contato com o hotel e nao tenho resposta.

Gostei que eles trocavam as toalhas todos os dias

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, não variam o chão mesmo eu usando o recurso “limpar quarto”. O café da manhã deveria começar mais cedo!

A localização era muito boa, perto do comércio e do metrô. O café da manhã tinha boas opções. Os quartos eram bem amplos, mas com poucas tomadas, a limpeza foi feita, mas mesmo assim ficou bastante areia no quarto. Não conseguimos fazer um early check-in, mas pudemos deixar nossas malas no depósito por uma taxa.

O chuveiro é horrível, muita pressão e pouca água, os elevadores são bem pequenos. Senti falta de um cesto de lixo no quarto.

A localização muito boa, chuveiro água quente, a cama confortável.

O barulho da avenida incomoda um pouco, o prédio é um local bem antigo realmente precisava de uma reforma, a área do café muito pequena sem conforto nenhum, Quando chegamos no quarto estava um cheiro de produto de limpeza muito forte fomos obrigados a abrir a porta da sacada pra melhorar com o cheiro.
