Ad Centrum B&B di Fraccaroli Fabio

Il B&B Ad Centrum è una vera e propria abitazione divisa in stanze, nel pieno centro di Verona, a pochi passi dall'Arena e da altri luoghi di interesse. La camera avuta è modesta, dotata di tv e bagno privato. Pecca senza dubbio il letto matrimoniale, probabilmente vecchio, molto cigolante. Purtroppo di notte non è stato possibile utilizzare la doccia in quanto l'acqua calda non era disponibile. Il problema si è risolto in mattinata. La colazione (non inclusa nella prenotazione) si svolge in un piccolo soggiorno ed è davvero ben fornita. Il proprietario è disponibile e cordiale.

Like another reviewer, we went to the wrong address at first. We went to the address provided by Expedia, but the B&B was elsewhere. The manager shortly took us to the new location and the rest of the trip was smooth. We stayed at the location near the Arena. It was modern, simple, and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent. The manager especially was pleasant and charming. For the price, the B&B was perfect.

The room was in a great location near the arena, perfect for exploring by foot. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The owners were lovely and happy to give you their recommendations of what to see and where to eat. Dont be shy to ask fabio for food tips as we followed his advice every day and had some of the best food on our italy tour

Hotellia oli pikkaisen vaikea löytää, koska sijaitsi tavallisessa asuinkerrostalossa. B&B:n omista oli erittäin mukava ja avulias, suostui jopa alentamaan hintaa kun oltiin vahingossa tilattu huone kolmelle. Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja siitä käveli 5 min keskustaan. Huone oli itsessään pieni ja sänky narisi pienestäkin liikkeestä. Muuten voin suositella lyhyeen oleskeluun.

This is the 3rd time we are in Verona and we have advanced tickets this time for the opera Aida. This hotel is a very short walk from the arena and that worked out perfectly. Fabio is very friendly and helpful. He is also very accessable by phone. He came to pick us up as well as dropped us off the train station which is only 5 minutes by car from the hotel. He owns 3 locations and this one is the closest to the arena. It is an office building. He took part of the 3rd floor and renovated it into 6 units with a kitchen for breakfast. The design by his architect friend was very nice. Just the kitchen was a little cramped and only have room for 3 couples at a time. This place has no reception. So it was nice that Fabio picked us up so we don't have to go to the main location to check in. Breakfast was average. We got the unit 5M equipped for handicaps. The shower has no curtains. So it was hard to not get the floor all wet. Air conditioner was decent and kept the room cool despite the 99F temperature outside. It also dried our handwashed items overnight. There is a grocery store close by. He does not have a power plug adapter that I need to borrow, but we were able to find one at the electronica store in old town for 2.50€. We had to ask for the hair dryer. The safe in the room is key operated and was too small to fit my iPad mini. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

Fabio was a wonderful host; he picked us up at the train station and took us back the next day. We were in town to attend a concert at the Arena, and the location was superb. Very comfortable room and reasonable price.

Una buona sistemazione in centro a Verona, Area colazione un po' piccola ma funzionale.

Overnatning 4 pers. 2 værelser. Ejer mødte op til aftalt tid og vi fik værelser allerede kl 11,00. dog manglede klargøring som hurtigt blev udført. Ok værelser, men øv.... det ene var med forkerte nøgler. men det andet værelses nøgle passede også til det andet værelse. Det er jo ikke ok. God beliggenhed mod floden og tæt på Arenaen. Kan anbefales.

Etter å ha varslet ca. ankomsttid pr. mail (+-1,5 time) ble jeg møtt i døra av hotellets driver. Meget hyggelig, serviceminded og hjelpsom. Rommet var pittoresk. Ikke verdens beste renhold og standard men absolutt til å leve med. Til Verona skal jeg igjen og tar gjerne samme hotell.
