Chroma Suites

I loved the views, location and jacuzzi at this property. It was a really stay. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful.

The room is really amazing, the only thing was the hot tube wich was a bit dirty with some bugs and other things, a simple clean could solve the problem.

The staff is very accommodating. Our hardest hurdle was renting car and finding a spot to park to check in. Parking is difficult as there is not many public spots. The staff will park your car and get it whenever you would like to have it. Totally welcomed and appreciated!

We splurged on the deluxe suite as it was our honeymoon, and as fantastic as it looks in the photos, it is so much more! We could have fit a family of 5 in that space! It’s almost a 2-bedroom, with a spare room between the bedroom and the living room with what looks like an L-shaped bed, but it’s more like a sofa. Additionally, there are 2 separate bathrooms! (but sadly the starlights have been removed) Full kitchen with mini fridge, spacious living room, and the perfect bedroom cave for a dark night’s sleep. You can sit outside and people-watch among the beautiful white homes of Oia, or turn take in the Caldera view that constantly took my breath away. I will say though, the hotel is building a new suite to the left of the suite, and this will be obstructing the view of Oia on the left side. Too bad, but there’s still more than enough to see. A few things didn’t work - the satellite was out (but fixed on our last day), and the shower button was sticky, and housekeeping was a bit odd sometimes, but all in all everything was great. The customer service was really amazing, were always prompt to answer the phone and to send someone over to fix any issues, and arranged our transportation to the airport. Overall, massive and beautiful suite, soothing hot tub, stunning view, and fantastic customer service. If I’m back in Oia, I’ll be coming here again!

Good place to stay in heart of Oia. Hard to find reception. Few problems with hot tub. Bell boy Kostas was excellent

Great hotel with a great staff; the view from the patio was amazing

We spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was superb; very central to everything and had a beautiful view!

Was an amazing oasis to experience...Amazing blue waters with many wonderful restaurants and boutique shops. FYI: the terrain is not even and the amazing beautiful view attracts many for personal photo shoots.

When we made the reservation, the superior suite said that we had a jacuzzi included, that was part of the reason we booked Chroma Suites. When we arrived, they told us that we did not have a jacuzzi. The receptionist told us that she would call us later that day to let us know for another room and she never called. The room had a constant of sewer odor and the WiFi was terrible, it did not work. I will never go back and would not recommend.
