"Lovely home for exploring Sifnoa"

Charming traditional rooms, very kid friendly with toys in the common area outdoors, lovely patios/balconies, friendly staff with excellent recommendations for beaches, and a nice breakfast each morning. If you stay over on a Sunday, make sure to partake in Maria’s fire baked chickpea soup — a Sifnean specialty. It was a comfortable home with two little kids for two weeks, central to explore all of Sifnos.

"Great place and fantastic host"

There is not too many tourists in Sifnos, which is exactly what we were looking for. We had a fabulous stay in Sifnaika Koniakia. The place is comfortable and within few minutes walk from the village of Kamares and the beach. From the room terracce you witness stunning sunset. Breakfast was tasty and different every morning. The owner, Maria was fantastic host and made us feel like at home. Nice touch with hand made olive oil soap for our departure. Highly recommend. We hope to be back Maria

It was very warm and peaceful place...very good for families with little children...the only thing that I have a minor issue is the breakfast, I would prefer to have more local products, Sifnos has so excellent cuisine. I was very pleased.

Plusses are a good location short walk (5 mins) from town, fantastic balcony view and clean/tidy accomodation. Minus points for freezing cold showers not rectified by owner despite being informed of problem over an eight night stay by us and several other guests, rock hard bed (to be fair a mattress topper was provided which helped a little) and very weird breakfast set up. Breakfast was included but on arrival you are informed this is the basic breakfast only (basically some cakes, bread and cookies) which you must take to your room to eat. You can then pay extra to eat in the dining area with more choice and some coffee.
