The location is great. Unfortunately everything else needs an upgrade.

駅近、旧市街の賑わっているエリアにも近く、ロケーションは良かったです。 暑い時に3歳、0歳児を連れて宿泊したので、エアコンがとてもありがたかったです。 部屋の清掃は綺麗にされていましたが、床はモップ拭きなのか、スミの方に髪が固まって落ちていたりした事が小さな子連れには気になりました。(子供達が床を触ったりするので) ベッドは高さがあり(75cmくらい、3歳児は自分では上がれない高さ)、添い寝では落ちないか心配であったので、枕でガードしました。 ベビーベッドはリクエストで可、綺麗でした。館内EV完備されていますが部屋によってはEV降りた後、数段のみ階段あり。

Nice Apartment Style Hotel Just Across the Cathedral and Close to the Lake. Staff is Very Attentive. Hotel is OK. Breakfast Nothing Special. Much better options variety wise in multiple cafes within walking distance to the Hotel. IF Coming by a car be aware that No ON Site Parking and Have to Park Car at Underground City Parking within 1 block distance at Pre- negotiated discounted rate. Hotel Allows Drive in and Brief Loading - Unloading luggage at their yard though. Ok Stay. Location Is Very Convi.

The aparthotel is in a fantastic position, about a 5 minute walk to the old town and lake. The rooms were very clean albeit very small, however we discovered that the bed folded up into the wall to convert into a sofa with coffee table on our last night!!! It would’ve been helpful if instructions had been left on how to do this as not very obvious. There was also limited storage space for clothes, etc but as we were only staying for 4 nights this wasn’t really a problem. The hotel staff were all extremely polite and friendly.

Good - Room clean, bed comfortable, lovely views across park towards snow capped mountain tops. Reception very friendly helpful and professional. Improvements required - Shower over bath low pressure, bathroom functional but dated and small, pillows poor quality, sofa bed old ugly and uncomfortable to sit on, noise from park late into night when windows are shut. Concerns - No reception after 8 o'clock at night access via password entry.

Excellent location, staff were all very helpful. There was cheap parking nearby, discounted by the hotel. The location is perfect close to all the sights and the lake. Overall good stay
