Great location in old town. Easy access and friendly staff. Nice to have AC when it was 97 degrees. Nice breakfast in the morning which you can enjoy on an outdoor deck overlooking a pretty square

Functional, well located

Central property to lake and train station. Very nice staff and very helpful . Let me book in slightly earlier as room was ready and left my luggage their on following day so I could explore without dragging stuff around . Liked the large terrace and self catering facilities too

Comfortable and clean, outstanding central location in a beautiful old building.

This is a very well located property in the heart of Annecy, allowing quick exploration during our one-night stop. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was very spacious and quiet. Although the hotel has a limited number of spaces in its parking lot, we ended up parking at a nearby underground city parking which turned out to be more economical. The hotel offers a discount making the overnight parking stay free, and pay the difference during day hours.

A very pleasant welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast package was delivered as promised and offered a variety of food. Great experience.

easy checkin, very efficient staff, rooms small, but real benefit was ability to pre book a parking spot in the car park of the hotel. good location for exploring old town.

8pm cut off for check in not good For a hotel of this size. We were delayed due to a very long and difficult drive; called hotel and told the way to gain access to the hotel by calling a different number. Failed to reply to messages about parking facilities
