Caballero Errante

Tuve el honor de hospedarme una noche, el personal muy atento y me ayudaron con un problema del jacuzzi. Muy amables, profesionales y el trato cordial.

Ich hatte ursprünglich ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht, welches dann ein effektiv sehr kleines Bad hatte. Ich habe dann an der Reception ein Upgrade verlangt, und die nette Dame an der Reception hat mir umgehend den Aufpreis genannt, und ich konnte sofort und ohne Umstände in eingrösseres und comfotableres Zimmer umziehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Am zweitletzeten Tag meines Aufenthalts hat das Zimmerpersonal vergessen, mein Zimmer zu reinigen und das Bett zu machen.

The resepttion lady was ok and helpful.

The room was outdated and felt old and a bit tacky. There was a terrible noise coming from above and elsewhere. There was also a lot of strange load people in other rooms and in the corridor, making it hard to relax and sleep. The area felt a bit unsafe and strange.

I got the sense that a certain clientele use this hotel (eg those who only need a room for a few hours). It was pretty old and grimmy. It did suit our needs as it was close to the main train station and we had an early flight so were looking for something cheap but it was really quite poor quality which I guess is what you get for that price in Madrid. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and I was glad I wasn't travelling alone.
