L'hôtel est beau, cossu, et avec une atmosphère familiale. Le patron est très sympathique et le sourire de la réceptionniste est merveilleux.

Difficult to get to with a vehicle/navigation. Wines available did not match wine list. Close to a very large, walkable shopping/historic area.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Great coffee shop to do some work right next door.

숙소 위치가 좋습니다. 중심지 근처고 포르투 공항으로 이동하기도 좋고요. 딸려 있는 식당이 미슐랭 받은 레스토랑이라고 하는데 조식은 평범해요. 직원들도 대개 친절한 편입니다.

I loved staying in such a historic hotel. The entire staff, Carla, Marissa and the rest were extremely helpful whenever we needed tips or directions, including Carla lending me her own umbrella. There was a breakfast buffet which included fresh fruits as well as cereals, eggs, various sausages, ham and bacon, with fresh rolls. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and we will stay there again on our next visit.

The photos in the Hotels.com site show a double room with doors opening on to the balcony. The room we were given was under the eaves in the roof with no balcony. When I questioned the front desk about this they told me only the suites have doors onto the balcony. The photo of the room I booked was a double room with doors to a balcony. The staff were nice, the breakfast was good and the dinner in the restaurant was delicious.
