No he podido estar ni cancelar la estancia por accidente de trabajo ,vía mail y por teléfono con Booking informando de la situación y con la casa a 5 días de la estancia y pidiendo un cambio de fechas ,y pagando diferencia ,respuesta no me pueden hacer ningún cambio y eso que era por fuerza mayor porque no puedo conducir, la estancia no la valoro porque no he podido estar con lo cual dinero perdido , y se podía mirar otra fecha y se hubiera solucionado, por mi parte por parte de Booking y la casa disgustado por la respuesta y un cliente insatisfecho.

Entorno, espacios y bufet. Tot en català principalment i ben cuidat generalment. Còmode amb nens.

Oferta para bebés no estaba correctamente ajustada y las indicaciones poco claras. El personal no te orientaba bien.
