"MUY SUCIO, pero ubicación de ensueño"

Su personal es sumamente agradable y atento. La ubicación es inmejorable y además tiene parking gratuito.

El hotel esta extremadamente SUCIO, pero niveles inimaginables, los pasillos están sucísimos, repletos de bichos muertos por las esquinas, mugre acumulada, las habitaciones igual. Me da pena porque es un hotel con muchas posibilidades con una ubicación de ensueño y con un personal de 10, pero el mantenimiento y la limpieza son totalmente deficientes, por lo que no volvería a elegirlo nunca más

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Altmodische Einrichtung, jedoch sehr gepflegt. Sehr guter Lage.

Parkmöglichkeiten je nach Tageszeit beschränkt. Lifte benötigen einen grossen Service.

"Recommendable hotel"

Pilgrim hotel near the cathedral and Holy Grotta. Large rooms, quiet. Breakfast ok. Parking on site available. Quite good restaurant. Best place to stay in Covadoga.

Not the fault of the hotel: Transport opportunities to the Covadonga lakes are miserable. For collective taxis which are the usual means to go up are often "reserved" by people who don't mind to stand in line for a longer time. Advance reservation not possible. There are simply not enough taxis!!!! We had to give up visiting the upper lakes. It might have been better to stay in tourist center Conga de Onis and book an expensive tour with a professional tour operator like Get-Your Guide (at 4-5 times the price of a collective taxi). This situation is not untypical for the whole region from Oviedo to Bilbao which has to massively increase its effort to satisfy the increasing number tourists. Infrastructure is behind demand, which reduces the attraction of the region for a visit.
