Hôtelier pendant 40 ans dont Directeur d’hôtel pendant plus de 20 ans , j’ai du mal à comprendre qu’en 2024 réserver sur le site de l’hôtel coute 25 euros plus cher que sur des sites que vous commissionnez à plus de 20% ! Que faites vous de la fidélisation du client ? Et quand je fais part de mon étonnement à une responsable de l’établissement la réponse apportée est scolaire, Incompréhensible et limite aimable ! Je ne suis pas enfant et j’apprécie que l’on me parle comme à un adulte que je suis . Dommage…

J ai peu apprécié le canapé lit à la place d un lit double (demandé) , inconfortable au possible. La propreté est également à revoir. Dommage pour un hôtel dont j avais eu de bonnes expériences par le passé.

Een fijn hotel , we werden vriendelijk geholpen na een lange reis. De kinderen mochten al gebruik maken van het zwembad. De kamer was eerder klaar en mochten toen ook al kosteloos gebruik maken !! De bedden waren fijn , en de kamer was schoon!! Ontbijt is simpel maar genoeg voor iedereen. Wij hebben een top overnachting gehad , mede Danks het vriendelijke personeel!!
