"Perfect Spot"

Perfect spot to explore Marsala! Rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior and bar is spectacular! Nice option to have a glass of wine in the garden. Highly recommend!

"Magnificent!"

Excellent room (no. 30!) and helpful reception staff. Good modern elevator with glas cage. The location was perfect, within the city walls but easily reachable with a larger car without problem. Shops and restaurants very close by but not so close that you would hear the noise. The facility also had a private walled garden (some 3M high walls around it) which provides sun or shelter underneath trees whatever one desires.

The breakfast is good and the kitchen personnel can be more friendly. Possible the Lady was understaffed and had to do everything herself. The food was fine so a small detail only and she serves her guests OK.

"Mostly Good!"

Chaotic breakfast: ran out variously of yoghurt, ham, salami, and bread on each day of our three-night stay. Merely to say 'Finished', without apology or explanation, an hour before breakfast service ended was unacceptable! Staff mostly polite and helpful, but the ying man who served breakfast one day was curt. Spacious, comfortable bedroom and calm, relaxing, well-appointed public areas. Nearby on-street parking tolerable. Many decent restaurants within a few minutes' walk.

La situation géographique de l’hôtel est très bonne car elle se trouve à côté de la vieille ville. Par contre la qualité de l’accueil à l’arrivée a été plus que moyen. La salle de bain est de taille minuscule est déconseillé aux personnes de grande taille Ainsi que celle de forte corpulence. D’autre part la salle de petit déjeuner n’est pas de taille suffisante. Compte-tenu du nombre de chambres. Plusieurs personnes ont dû rebrousser chemin car il n’y avait plus de place. cependant, pour être honnête la chambre avec la petite terrasse bien exposée vue sur le jardin est assez sympathique hormis la salle de bain.

Hotel molto bello al centro di Marsala, posizione ottima per fare un giro al centro a piedi. Mi aspettavo però una camera un pò più grande
