"For the price, I rated as disappointing, facilities are good, service not good. Food is ok."

Rooms are good, hotel is beautiful and well located

Staff not cordial, very bad service for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of small things that made the stay below expected: They did not refil the mini bar (no water), safety box was broken, no one helped with the luggage at the check in, air conditioning not able to cool down.

A gorgeous hotel! The staff were so friendly and the facilities were beautiful. Our room was truly exceptional.
