Ubicación céntrica en Fussen , vistas espectaculares desde la habitación , personal de recepción encantador y buen servicio , desayuno muy bueno incluyendo fruta fresca , habitación y camas muy cómodas , baño amplio . Tienen un parking en el propio hotel . En resumen , muy recomendable si buscas una opción para alojarte en Fussen

Por poner un pero , el precio . Pero tras ver los servicios y comodidad del hotel , se justifica .

Die Lage war gut und das Personal freundlich

Die Ausstattung war schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und für das Geld hatten wir mehr erwartet. Nachts war es sehr laut.

Un personnel au petit soin, un cadre merveilleux et un restaurant qui vaut la peine. Une seule nuit c'est un peu court.

My wife and i decided to check out the beer garden and were seated at a 6 top because there were no other unreserved tables, which is fine. We ordered a couple of beers and they came out promptly. After around 20 minutes we were then asked if we could move tables for a party of 6. Totally understandable, no problem, we moved to another table to accommodate the larger party. After moving tables, our waitress came by and took our glasses and we ordered another round, and waited. And waited, and waited. Beers never came and no one else ever came by or even made eye contact or brought us a bill. I started getting the feeling we weren't even wanted there. After around 20 more minutes I decided that what was happening was intentional and we both started feeling uncomfortable so I just left some money and we left. On the way out we poked our head into the bar area and asked the bar tender if we could order a beer from him and he said we couldn't so we just called it a night and went up to our room. I've never been treated so shabbily and unwelcome anywhere I've stayed, and really wish I wasn't even staying here tonight. At least it's only one night. I hate writing this review. The town and hotel are so charming and I wanted to love it but because of this I don't. I'll never stay here again and will tell the agent that booked the trip the same and hope others don't have to deal with the treatment we had. You might be thinking that it's just a beer, but it was more about the way we were treated that prompted me to write this review. Moving on to the next hotel tomorrow, here's to hoping we are treated better at the next place.
