in this hotel you should wake up early (before 8 a.m.), because after that it's too loud, in rooms you can clearly hear what's happening in the hall, reception, kitchen and dining room (it's all in one space). except this it was very good stay :-)

The people that run it are very friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a walk from the train station but within walking distance of all the major attractions.
In French and Italian the designation "bio" means organic. So, not sure why this place is called Biocasamia then, especially since most of the breakfast items are those awful prepackaged sweet brioches or dry Melba toast. One morning a few slices of ham appeared along with 2 slices of cheese. The only edible item might have been the yogurt, but alas, that was rather warm and not very appetizing. Althugh they advertise air conditioning, the AC units have seen better days and are extremely weak. I would say next to useless in our room. The TV didn't work at all and when the gentleman at the front desk came in to look at it, he gave up after about 2 minutes of plugging and unplugging it, said "momento" and then disappeared. It was never fixed or replaced. We initially had trouble connecting to the internet and our requests for help were met with a shrug. Really, these people are in the wrong business as they have no notion of customer service at all. It turns out that there are real hotels with AC that works and good breakfasts in the same area for the same price, so I would give this place a miss next time!
As an Aussie with minimal Italian, communicating with the owner who knows no or minimal English wasn't the easiest. But apart from this, the hotel was nice and clean and exactly what I needed. Overall a pleasant stay.
It was a nice little place to stay overnight - perfect for my needs. It has just a few rooms on the second floor. The location is really convenient, the street was calm and close to the city centre but the street itself is not a particularly attractive one. The staff were really pleasant and informal, though I didn't have much interaction with them. The common area had a microwave and stove, which I believe would be OK to use for making one's own coffee etc. I would certainly use the same hotel again.
We arrived late due to flight delays, called three hours in advance as instructed and were told that the key would be left at a pizzeria. We arrived at 12:15 a.m. and discovered the pizzeria was closed. Luckily we were able to get a room at a bigger hotel in the area. The next day, I went down in the morning and was told that it was too bad, but there was no refund because I had arrived after the check in time. The check in time is from 10:a.m and 2:00 pm. I went back, got our bags, and showed up for the next 2 nights at noon, to discover that the hotel was again locked (a French couple was there and was also trying to check in). We were directed by the mailman to go to the pizzeria to get a key and instructions. Finally we let ourselves in. I would never go through this hassle again. The facilities in the tiny place are nothing special, and the lack of accessibility is a pain in the neck.
This is a wonderful little spot. It feels like a house. The five rooms are all different and taken care of. There was a problem with a light in my room; they promptly upgraded me without me even bringing it up. I'd wholeheartedly recommended this place. I was very comfortable. It is just a bit of a walk away from the action, and a block out of the historic centre but not too too far that the walk is unpleasant.
We loved the simplicity of this lovely Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and the room and the bed were very good. The caffe` where we had breakfast close to Bio Casamia was friendly and the breakfast of brioche, toast, cheese and ham along with the cappuccino was very good. We will certainly consider coming here again.
