Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Location perfect.

The owners are very accommodating and very nice. The location is perfect. The rooms are very clean.

Very clean and quaint. And 2 mins away from the beach and restaurants and shops.

Too much for an outdated hotel.

There is no breakfast, location is phantastic

We used this as a one-night stopover to the Florida Keys and it is basically a 60's era old beach motel. The facility was very dated but fairly well maintained; pools looked OK and there was some decent landscaping for this size motel. We stayed here primarily for the location where we could walk to restaurants without having to drive and park. and leave the next morning. Motel provided ample parking and the staff was friendly. It's a few blocks from the beach and there are a lot of restaurants / bars very close.

Bathroom was very old and needed some updating, cracked tiles and looked a little dingy. Wouldn't stay here for a long period.

The staff were excellent — they welcomed us warmly and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a positive difference. The location is excellent and very convenient.

However, the room felt outdated and was not well equipped, which affected the overall comfort. With updated rooms, this place could be much better.
