Shore Haven Resort Inn

Nice accommodations, the staff was so nice and especially Arthur. The location was one block from the beach and LBTS. There is a Publix also walking distance. I will stay again.

The Shore Haven has one pool for each of the 2 buildings plus a large hot tub. And the hotel is one block to the beach and restaurants. They are also a 1/2 mile to the Publix an a few blocks to a Walgreens. We were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen which was very spacious. The staff is very helpful and nice.

The door to the room was a little hard to open. But I eventually figured it out.

All the people were kind, friendly, and beautiful. As far as I could tell, honest, hard-working people.

The problem is we paid premium price for a room in much need of updating! The beds were nice enough, but it was dated and even though clean, seemed kinda dirty from the bathroom with no fan where the shower curtain stuck to your very person the entire time you tried to take a shower, to the loose toilet seat (fixed well, and our first night from a nice guy), to the grout and caulking that just seemed poorly done or old, it was mediocre. It was a great location and not bad. I guess it all was sticker shock for March in southern FL, but $200 + a night for mediocre is why I can't in honesty give it better reviews.

The manager seemed very confused when we arrived. Couldn't find our reservation. The lobby was not inviting at all. Upon entering the room we were immediately aware that there was no a/c, nor was the room as expected.

Gute Lage. Ansprechendes Ambiente. Parkplatz direkt vor Anlage. Immer eine Ansprechpersonal vor Ort. Sehr angenehmes Personal.

Wohnungstüren sind undicht ... Zigarettenrauch von Außen zieht in Wohnraum/Schlafraum. Vor den Türen wird viel und alles geraucht. Lautstärke von Außen da Hauptstraße. Türen müssten abgedichtet werden! Teppich in den Räumen .... Kein Lastenaufzug vorhanden. Schwere Koffer müssen selbsttätig die Treppe hochgetragen werden. Es wurde keine Hilfe angeboten.

Location is excellent! Short walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and pubs…even to a grocery store and drug stores. Staff was amazing, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Grounds and pool area are beautiful. Although the decor in the rooms is a bit dated, the furniture was in great shape and the beds were very comfortable. Will most definitely stay here again!

We just wish there were more tv channels to watch at night. That is the only complaint but it won’t keep us from staying here again.
