Una signora della reception poco empatica per usare un eufemismo, poco professionale e per completare nel suo modo di fare esuberante mi ha fatto pagare una camera di nuovo che era stata pagata su Booking salvo poi accorgermene io e farmi lo storno che non ho ancora ricevuto nella mia carta Bene gli uomini alla reception!

Stay away from this place. I rarely leave negative reviews, but people need to be warned about this hotel. It was so bad that I had to cancel my stay on the same evening I arrived and look for another hotel immediately. This should not be advertised as a 4-star hotel — it is not even close to a 2-star standard. In the evening, the hotel locked the main entrance door, and we were left outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to open it, despite repeatedly calling the phone number with no answer. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by what looks like an industrial area. The room looked nothing like the photos online. There were bugs crawling in the bed, and the breakfast was extremely basic. The staff were also very rude. The worst part was the treatment we received from Frederico. After leaving us outside for 30 minutes, he told us that we could cancel and that we would receive a refund in the morning. However, when we tried to check out the next day, he rudely said: “I don’t remember telling you anything. I am not refunding the money.” Even the receptionist seemed embarrassed by the way he treated us, but she said there was nothing she could do. In the end, we left the hotel despite having already paid for four nights. According to the cancellation policy, refunds are possible at the hotel’s discretion, but they refused to help in any way. Very disappointing experience. Do not be fooled by the low prices — there is a reason for them. Even at a cheap price, this place is not worth it. I would not stay here again even for free because of how poorly they treat their guests.
