Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente anche per esigenze di colazione fuori orario. Struttura pulita anche se qualche dettaglio da migliorare (mattonelle del pavimento a volte rotte). Ma bellissima esperienza

Leuke riad op een goede locatie in Marrakech. Service van het personeel was goed. Vooral Ibrahim was altijd aardig en altijd erg behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt.

Het dakterras was vies en het water van het zwembad erg koud.

De locatie, het personeel, de kamer zelf, het ontbijt, het was allemaal zo goed geregeld, je werd heel goed verzorgd. Ik wil vooral het personeel bedanken, ik weet 1 naam, unes, een lieve meneer die ons heel lief heeft verzorgd vroeg in de ochtend en ons naar de taxi heeft gebracht. De rest van het personeel was ook heel erg lief

Ik heb niks op te merken wat ons niet is bevallen

"Pessima esperienza"

L'unica nota positiva è la zona e l'area comune, il resto è pessimo.

La gestione è pessima, abbiamo cambiato stanza 3 volte in 3 giorni. La prima stanza andava bene, ma per un errore loro ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto cambiarla al mattino seguente. Il giorno dopo ci cambiano stanza e questa è una latrina. Non prende neanche il wifi. Lamento questa mancanza con il gestore che mi risponde "a me prende". Chiedo che mi venga cambiata la stanza ma è tutto pieno. Allora chiedo il checkout immediato e magicamente spunta una stanza libera che ci cambiano il giorno dopo. Proviamo la loro cucina e al momento di pagare il conto aggiungono 2 insalate di pomodoro che non abbiamo ordinato né consumato ma che pretendono di farci pagare 8€ ciascuna. Mi rifiuto di pagare e il custode mi dice che se non le pago sarà lui a doverle pagare per impietosirmi.
