Riad Zarka

Esperienza autentica in una tranquilla e silenziosa via a 5 minuti dal souq. Riad curato e davvero suggestivo. Siamo stati accolti con il classico the al menta e lo staff ci ha supportato in tutto: check in anticipato, prenotazione transfer aeroportuale e escursioni, deposito bagagli e consigli utili 😊 Buona la colazione tipica marocchina e ottima la posizione per visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni di Marrakech. Gentilezza e sorrisi sinceri ci hanno fatto sentire a casa…torneremo presto a trovarvi ❤️

La ubicación era adecuada, cerca del centro y de las principales atracciones de Marrakech. El desayuno aunque poco variado (sin opcion a elegir) estaba bueno.

El hotel tiene problemas serios de humedad y goteras. Una noche de lluvia y la HABITACIÓN SE NOS INUNDO porque goteaba agua del techo de madera. La habitación NO TIENE CALEFACCIÓN, es un aire acondicionado que no echa aire caliente. Bastante lugubres las habitaciones con poca luz y ventanas que cierran mal (BASTANTE RUIDO EN LAS HABITACIONES DEL RESTO DE PERSONAS EN EL RIAD). Te dan la llave de tu habitación pero no de la puerta de entrada, por lo que para entrar en el riad tienes que tocar un timbre y esperar (una noche a las 02:00 de la mañana unos huespedes estuvieron aporreando la puerta durante 20 minutos hasta que les abrieron).

Beautifully furnished Riad located in the maze of Souks in Marrakech. It was our first accommodation in Marrakech and by the end of our stay we had learned by heart the way to it through all the vendors and winding streets, so we booked Riad Zarka as our last stay in Marrakech as well. Very kind and friendly staff, always smiling. Riad Zarka had this homey feeling to it and we loved that it was quiet.

Minor things- the drainage of our shower wasn't working that well, the door key would sometimes get stuck and we had to try several times in order to lock the door. The very dim lighting in the shower was surprising to us, but later we figured it's customary in Morrocco in general.

De lieve gastheer en gastvrouw. Ze stonden altijd voor ons klaar. We kregen een lekker ontbijt iedere ochtend en aan alles werd gedacht. Ze hebben ook een taxi voor ons geregeld voor naar het vliegveld.

Het was koud op de kamer en de locatie was iets te druk voor onze smaak.

Todo super bien!! Nos encantó el alojamiento, muy acogedor y el servicio un 10, nos han tratado genial y nos ayudaban en todo. Sin duda repetiremos.

Les hôtes ont été particulièrement serviables et à l’écoute pour subvenir à la moindre de nos demandes. En particulier Amine, qui a été là tout au long de notre séjour et très attentif à nos besoins. La cuisine faite sur place est également de qualité et généreuse.

Posizione perfetta per girare la città. Il personale super accogliente. Younes è molto gentile e si è reso disponibile da subito a fornirci tutte le informazioni e soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Ci siamo sentite come a casa. Dal the offerto appena arrivati fino alla fine. Struttura consigliatissima, vicinissima alla Medina, a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Amine e Fatima sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Hanno risposto ad ogni nostra domanda. Il servizio colazione è buonissimo, ci hanno servito facendoci sentire molto coccolati. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, molto pulita e bella. Super consigliato!

Struttura ben posizionata nella Medina, vicinissima alla piazza delle spezie, molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, molto grande e pulita. Punto forte della struttura sicuramente Amine, che ci ha accolti e ci ha fatto sentire a casa, molto gentile e disponibile per soddisfare ogni richiesta. Si è addirittura proposto di prepararci la colazione alle 5.30 di mattina perché avevamo un volo molto presto al mattino. Sicuramente la struttura migliore dove ho alloggiato in Marocco! Super consigliata !

L'emplacement était superbe, à deux pas des premiers souks, ambiance garantie. Le calme de l'établissement également. Les parties communes, très haut de gamme, très bon petit déjeuner. Jolie terrasse de toit. Literie confortable.

Lors de notre première soirée, l'eau chaude n'était disponible qu'en quantité limitée, très dommage même si cela à été réparé dès la seconde soirée. La propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas irréprochable. Les sanitaires sont vieillissants, beaucoup de fuites (lavabo et baignoire) qui diminuent le débit.
