Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Splendida vista dalla terrazza in cui si fa colazione (buona e a scelta). Posizione centralissima, nel cuore di Ortigia.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento su 2 livelli al piano terra. Purtroppo, dalla descrizione sul sito non era chiaro che c'era soltanto una porta finestra fronte strada e una finestra più piccola nella seconda stanza. Ciò ha comportato che l'appartamento era piuttosto buio. Inoltre, era un po' umido. Peccato, credo che una soluzione alternativa (una delle altre camere) avrebbe reso il soggiorno impeccabile.

I had read previous reviews about the wonderful central location of the Aretusa Vacanze, the excellent facilities and great quality breakfast - however the main reason for choosing to stay here were the excellent reviews of Stefano. He is a truly exceptional host. He (and his fabulous family) make you feel like you are part of their family. Nothing is too much trouble. Stefano walked us down to make sure we were in the right location for our taxi, he arranged for us to have a very early breakfast tray in our room on our departure day - and even ensured there were some fresh croissants to take away with us. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a remarkable and memorable stay. The beautiful breakfast terrace with wonderful views over the rooftops towards the sea greets you each morning. Freshly squeezed orange juice accompanies great breakfast choices. This place is a one off in terms of the warmth of welcome and genuine desire to make your stay a truly memorable one - absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Stefano & family for everything!

Nothing to dislike - I can't fault the Aretusa Vacanze.

Chambre large et propre. Personnel hyper sympa. Petit déjeuner dans un beau cadre avec plein d'options. Très bien localisé.

Sicilians are known for their deep sense of hospitality, fierce family loyalty, and passionate nature — and this family-run hotel, headed up by Stefano, demonstrated all of this in spades. If you want authentic Sicilian hospitality and charm, look no further. And when you're having breakfast on the rooftop terrace and notice the white dots on the water, don't be fooled — they're not birds, but a floating mussel and oyster farm. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

If you have a room above the hotel entrance, be prepared for some noise from the restaurant bellow.

Perfect, would come again anytime. Very friendly hosts.
