Art Hotel Varese

Très bon séjour à Varese. Hôtel confortable et très accueillant. A recommander sans hésitation.

This is not my first stay in Art Hotel and it seems that overall service has slipped quite a lot. After I checked into the hotel, I noticed that the trash bin was not emptied, and I also found a stocking caught between the cupboard doors. After that I took shower, because the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap are fixed to the wall, I took what I needed for use. As I apply the conditioner hoping to smoothen out my hair, I noticed my hair was foaming with lather. It seems that soap or shampoo had been added to the conditioner container. Lastly was on amenities, I had some tea in the room on Day 1. On Day 2, I noticed that no need tea bags were replenished after the room was cleaned. Also, the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water. While the room has a big bed with nice drawings in the wall, the hotel does not provide the basic service and amenities for an enjoyable stay. This would be my last time staying here.

Très bon accueil, bonne literie et salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié et c’est du vrai café italien ! Malheureusement le restaurant est fermé le dimanche soir, mais le centre ville ( rues piétonnes très agréables) est à 400 mètres.

We went here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect choice. I even thought of cancelling plans and booking an extra night because we liked it so much. The area of Varese is such a beautiful, quaint city. The hotel smelled like a spa when we walked in, and everything was so wonderfully curated.

The breakfast here is unbelievably good. The best hotel breakfast we ever had at a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

El hotel está muy bonito y bien ubicado, increíble que para poner el aire acondicionado tengas que llamar a recepción y el lo enciende y lo programa a distancia, pero lo que es intolerable es que no recojan una sola mesa durante el desayuno, y que tengas que estar viendo vasos, tazas, frutas mordidas, servilletas etc etc en las otras mesas y ves que no limpian una , incluso cuando entras te van invitando a que pases a las mesas del fondo para no levantar ninguna mesa. Te deja una sensación a sucio e incómodo durante el desayuno.

今回で5回目位になりますが初めての一人での滞在でした。 お部屋はダブルベットを一人で悠々と使いトランクを広げても充分広かったです。 こちらは朝食も充実していて全て美味しいです。隣のバーから運ばれるコーヒーも最高です。 スタッフも若い方がテキパキ、的確なアドバイスをくれたりしました。 ショッピングにも徒歩三分ほどで行かれます。ブランドから雑貨まで揃います。

Although my stay was brief - to visit the Panza Collection nearby - my stay was excellent. The hotel has a great atmosphere of a country house. The express check in was incredibly fast and efficient, and the room was very good, with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was also very very good.

War eigentlich alles richtig schön, nur war leider abends das Restaurant bzw. die Bar nicht offen, so dass wir uns immer was in Varese selbst suchen mussten. Innenstadt ist aber in 10 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Heerlijke ligging, voortreffelijk ontbijt, klantgericht.
