"Gut für einen Kurztrip"

Das Zimmer wirkte sehr sauber und der Kontakt zum Personal war überaus freundlich.

Der Zimmer-Checkin per App hat nicht funktioniert und wir haben glücklicherweise um 22 Uhr noch einen Mitarbeitenden gefunden, der uns reinlassen konnte. Die mehrfache Erwähnung eines kostenpflichtigen Nachtdienstes bei Problemen mit der App hat uns nämlich abgeschreckt. Insgesamt wirkte die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und nicht dem Preis entsprechend.

"Schöner Aufenthalt in Kiel"

Große Zimmer mit gemütlichen Sesseln. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachterrasse, was sehr schön war, da wir 5 Nächte gebucht hatten.

Das war Frühstück war ausreichend. Hätte jedoch von Tag zu Tag etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Sauberes tolles Zimmer

Leider ging der Lift nicht und der TV am 1. Tag nicht, aber ein Strom war ausgef allenund da konnte das Hotel nichts dafür.

Spätes einchecken möglich . Top Lage am Ostufer Kiels. Sauber und ruhig. Preis-Leistung passt.

Check in über App ist mühsam, funktionierte aber gut. Machmal hakte die Komunikation zwischen Handy und Zimmertür etwas. Gewöhnungsbedürftig.
