we had a tiny room with one chair not big enough to sit on ,the food was in the resturant next door the food was terrible on the evening no kettle no tea or coffee in the room only 4 star because of the spa etc

When we arrived in the room, the safe didn’t work, the fridge was warm, the shower doors didn’t close, the shower trap didn’t fit, no wardrobe or draw space or tea coffee facilities. But the worst thing is the food. Complained on the first night, no improvement see picture of next nights meal 3 pieces of chicken and 8 cubes of potato and no veg see photo.
