The tiny bathroom

Nothing. They cancelled the booking. The situation was unfairly treated as a ‘no-show’ despite the guests being physically present at the property. The issue resulted from a genuine human misunderstanding regarding the reservation name, compounded by the fact that the guests were elderly and did not speak the language. While data protection rules may have limited certain actions, the establishment could have handled the situation with greater care, support, and flexibility instead of prioritising the financial penalty over reasonable customer assistance.

Bon situation géographique, au cœur historique, nombreux et bons restaurants à proximité. Nous avions une chambre bien au calme. Malgré un décor vieillissant et des traces d’usage, hôtel est propre avec un bon service de chambre. Literie ferme mais confortable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner se déroule dans une salle petite, sans décor et bruyante : le nettoyage de la vaisselle se faisant dans la même salle et en continue. Mauvais point pour l’utilisation de gobelets en plastique et non en verre.
