Pěkný velký pokoj s nadstandardním vybavením. Příjemný personál. Velké parkoviště. Strava chutná jak u snídaně tak v restauraci.

Lobby bar má nekvalitní obsluhu. Vinný servis 0. Víno doneseno otevřené a velmi teplé. Je to spíše taková pobočka maxi baru. Minibar na pokoji není. Stejně jako mléko do kávy.

Bohužel nejhorší ze všeho byla snídaně. Na 4* hotel velmi malý výběr a nekvalitní suroviny. Nenabízeli ani máslo, ale pouze jakýsi margarín vydávající za máslo. Obsluha nebyla ochotna na požádání udělat vejce naměkko ani natvrdo. Sladké pečivo v nabídce úplně chybělo, alá moučník byl v nabídce pouze průmyslově zpracovaný či zmražený polotovar.

Určitě snídaně, obsluha na recepci, úklid pokojů. Na pokoji nefungovala TV, až po našem upozornění a výměně baterií v ovladači. Na pokoji nesvítila 1 z nočních lampiček a stropní světlo bylo napůl odpadlé. Po našem upozornění opraveno. Umyvadlo bylo přiucpané, špatný odtok. Než jsem si umyla obličej, bylo umyvadlo naplněné vodou až po okraj. Sprchování bylo obtížné, voda všude cákala, na vaně chyběla zástěna nebo závěs.
