Il personale molto disponibile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e di andare in bagno anche prima del check in/dopo il check out. Stanza accogliente e pulita, servizi inclusi (bagnoschiuma, sapone mani, cambio asciugamani e pulizia ogni giorno). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L'hotel è situato a 4 minuti a piedi dalla metro (la quale è aperta fino a mezzanotte e mezza), è presente la stazione vicino con tutti i negozi (Carrefour ecc).

L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione, in una zona poco carina. Intorno è presente sulla strada spazzatura (in molte zone di Bruxelles è così). Sebbene dista 17 minuti a piedi dal centro non è fattibile tutto a piedi perché appunto non mette molta tranquillità.

Avoir un accès parking sécurisé et abrité à côté de l'hôtel était super L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien Chambre confortable, propre, bien orientée Petit déjeuner très correct, bon rapport qualité prix Personnel souriant, agréable

Nous sommes venus en période de canicule sévère, il manquait la climatisation, le ventilateur était très limite Fermeture de la porte de la salle de bain n'offre pas vraiment de grande intimité

Die Lage des Hotels, nur etwa 350m vom Bahnhof Brüssel Süd entfernt.

Das das Foto des Hotelszimmers auf booking.com nicht ansatzweise der Realität entsprochen hat (mein erstes Mal ;-)). Das Zimmerfenster war im Bad und nur eine kleine Luke. Das Fenster hat sich auch nicht ins Freie geöffnet, sondern in den Lichtschacht zum Nachbarhaus, was bei den augenblicklichen Temperaturen dazu geführt hat, daß es im Zimmer heißer als im Freien gewesen ist. Auf dem Duschtuch waren noch Blutflecken zu erkennen. Für die Großbaustelle vor dem Hotel kann das Hotel nichts, ist aber generell kein Vergnügen.
