Please note that Half Board and Full Board rates do not include drinks. Please note that at check-in guests will be asked to present the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. If you do not have the card in your possession, the total amount must be paid with another card or in cash, and then the amount initially charged is returned to the reservation card.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
