Estava à espera de melhor, pois o termo da minha comparação foi o Cristal de Setúbal, que realmente é incrível, daí este ter sido uma desilusão. Para o hotel que é, não ter uma garrafa de água no quarto??? Almofadas fracas e só tinha uma por pessoa...e a qualidade do pequeno almoço para o hotel que é... na minha opinião é fraco. Comparação com o hotel cristal Setúbal, pequeno almoço incrível.

Mas tenho de referir um ponto que para nós é crucial, os Blackout não conseguem cobrir a claridade na totalidade!

Staff simpático e atencioso; Limpeza do quarto; Variedade e bom pequeno almoço; Dimensões e comodidades.

O colchão da cama necessita de substituição pois encontra-se bastante deformado e inclinado dando uma noite péssima de "não" descanso. Já é a 3a ou 4a estadia neste hotel e foi a 2a vez com esta má experiência que destoa de tudo o resto que é excelente.
