Location is excellent. Central but quiet. Breakfast vouchers for a great cafe close by.

Very poor communication. Despite already being advised we could drop our luggage early, no information was sent on how to access the building. We sent a message and then phoned on arrival and finally got let it. Then, when we arrived for check in at 2pm we still had received no further communication on how to access our room and after further messages we discovered that the cleaner had not come that morning and they had not ‘had time to organise themselves’. We again waited in the heat until 5.30 to enter our room. We understand sometimes things are out of the owners control but if we had been told earlier of the problem we would have made other arrangements for the afternoon instead of waiting around on a hot day. Terrible pillows. Hard mattress.

Absolutely amazing location!! Couldn’t believe how central we were and surrounded by so many great places to visit and eat. Apartment had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Useful videos to show to how to get in and helped to arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport.

Aircon not quite as effective in the bedroom area, did need the fan on all night.

la propreté peut être améliorée, Avis aux personnes réservant ce logement pour 2 personnes n'étant pas en couple, pensez à préciser que vous souhaitez que l'ensemble des lits soient préparés, car par défaut lorsque l'on est deux, même si on réserve un logement à 2 lits doubles, un seul seulement est préparé...

Szanowni Państwo, Fantastyczna apartment, blisko centrum-dosłownie 2 minuty pieszo, bezpieczna okolica! Nie zastanawiajcie sie tylko rezerwujcie! Bezpieczna lokalizacja! Pozdrawiamy :)

Location The guest allowed us to check in 2 hours before the defined time

- no elevator. You need to carry your luggage to the second flor - you are requested by the host to empty the AC water deposit in the balcony. First time this happened to me. - the door of the balcony was jammed and could not be opened. The host recommended to lift the door ( a almost 3 meter high aluminum door). So, the AC water bin could not be emptied. When I mentioned this to the host, the answer was that the previous guest has damaged the door. But then I saw the reviews and other guest complained about the same. - there were ants in the bathroom and kitchenette balcony - the bathroom requires some urgent renovation, starting with the shower which we can barely enter inside. - the cherry on the top of the cake was when I could not open the main steel door which gives access to the 4 apartments, as the lock was not working. After many attempts, and a message from the host saying that he/she could do nothing as he/she was abroad, we were able to enter. The day before we left new guest arrived and could not enter as well. I had to open them the door from the inside. - once you arrive to the second floor you have surveillance cameras all over ( entrance, small reception, access to the apartments). I wonder if this is legal? - no direct contact with the host. Only via text message. Would I recommend this my friends, despite the great location? No way!
