I am asking for my money back on this overnigh. , this turned out to be a 1 1/2 hour stay and I picked myself up and cousin and I left! It was in a bad neighborhood! The pictures are a lie it does not look like this at all! It was a 104’ day and the air blew hot air! The room was moldy smell and since I have asthma this was bad! Musty horrible smell. I rarely have to use a rescue inhaler and I had to I knew I had to leave for health reasons. The woman in the front refused to help us and said she had no more rooms and the engineer could not come out to fix the air. The air conditioner was too old to fix. The woman in the front bad attitude Take this off your list of hotels hotels.com I have two more stays with hotels.com and if this is not resolved and I do not get a refund on my the card I paid with will end my business stays I CANNOT BELIEVE TOU HAD THE NERVE TO ALLOW SUCH FRAUD! This place was a dump, looks like the photographer should however, get an academy award for the pictures special effects. Very unhappy customer with a real reason to be!

Met our expectations and more. Garden is small, but beautiful.

Convenient location, near places we wanted to see, but neither the TV nor the phone in the room worked, and a previous guest had left old food in the microwave, which was not discovered by the cleaning staff. The room itself was nice and grounds have a really lovely flower garden and grape vines.

The hotel was not as pictured. The layout was exceptionally odd— the bed was placed uncomfortably close to the entry door, and the bathroom was extremely small. You can barely open the bathroom door without hitting the toilet, and the sink is located outside of the bathroom, which felt inconvenient. The television volume couldn’t be lowered below 30, which was frustrating. Fortunately, we only had to stay one night. The bed itself was very hard and uncomfortable. The only positive part of our stay was the friendly front desk employee.

The Chardonnay Lodge reminds me of the nice motels my Father chose for our family vacations in the 1940's. My room was very clean, the bed very comfortable with 4 bed pillows so I could choose the one that was similar to mine at home...I also liked the soft sheets and blanket. In the room there was a refrigerator and microwave and every day there were 2 bottles of water. The ice machine outdoors was very convenient. The lovely flower garden with statues and other unique items is definitely a must visit!

Room was too hot and AC didn't worked

Motel has comfortable bed linens and towels. Room is mostly clean except for thick layer of dust on artificial flowers and mold spots on ceiling bathroom. Motel is on busy street so there was some street noise. Amenities were minimal. Tiny bars of soap and shampoo/conditioner. The front staff did bare minimum and I would not describe her as welcoming. She needs to buzzed or called and does not sit at front. She does not greet or say hello. Napa Valley generally has very high standards for service and hospitality. However, it was not the case here. I realize this is a basic motel but for $200 for the night I would still expect some basic service and manners.

The bed was comfortable. The batteries were dead in the tv remote and there was only decaffeinated coffee in the room
