It was a bit disappointing that there was no choice of menu for dinner, although the food offered was very good.

It was clean, quiet and homely. The best staff! The breakfasts are very tasty, you won't leave hungry)

Very friendly host. Excelent breakfast, prepared to each person individualy. Degustation dinner was is something to try (local food and drinks). Depending on the room, can be heard noise from the restaurant, especially on weekends. Good location for visiting Venice (take train from Mestre train station). Overall very good expierence

Great hosts and place! We arrived later than expected, and Martina kindly checked us in at 1 am. Besides, room was so clear and comfy. Despite on that we stopped for 2 nights only, the room was cleaned after first night. Breakfast was prepared from early morning and actually home made croissants are so tasty! I would definitely recommend this farm-hotel to everyone who is searching for place to stop and rest.

A great place to stay in nature on quiet location when visiting Venice and its surroundings. Great breakfast. Food products of their own production are offered. A dinner consisting of two courses plus dessert and a drink and coffee is also offered, and the price is very reasonable. Staff are nice and helpful.

What makes this stay memorable is the hospitality of the hosts. Excellent service, super friendly and accommodating. The property is large, clean, secure with ample parking. The room was large, clean and comfortable. great water pressure in the shower. We ate the fixed menu dinner in their restaurant with 9 courses and unlimited wine and water. The food and meat are local from their farm. We enjoyed every course and barely had room for the desserts. Lots of choices for breakfast, homemade croissants A great start to anyone’s day. We drove 12 minutes to Mestre and took the train to Venice. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff, we loved Martina. The best breakfast and bolognaise pasta ever met and the local red wine is very good. Theirs garden is silent and relaxing, it was a pleasure to stay there with our friends. The place is an elegant italian village, close to Venice, with very nice houses and arranged gardens. We didn't rent a car but managed to visit Venice and islands using public transportation. The travel plans weren't to easy to arrange but finally we succeeded to identify the perfect combinations of trains and busses.
