La.amabilidad de la recepcionista Entramos por la tarde y hacia mucho calor, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y nos dejo un ventilador, muy servicial y muy atenta. El hotel bien situado, parking cerca, la habitacion limpia y bien.

Que no funcionara el aire.

Pelas fotos de quando reservei, esperava mais da hospedagem. Imagino que sejam fotos antigas, pois o hotel está bem desgastado. O que eu realmente fiquei irritada foi com a luz do banheiro que é de sensor e apaga o tempo todo. O banheiro tem uma banheira e nenhum suporte para segurar ao entrar e sair, nem antiderrapante dentro. Eu quase cai e a luz apagando. Os sistema de ventilação do banheiro também é terrível. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava também. O quarto era bem pequeno

Relación calidad-precio muy buena. Es un pequeño hotel en pleno centro de vigo, en una calle tranquila. La habitación era pequeñita pero suficiente. Estaba perfectamente limpia y las camas eran muy cómodas si prefieres un colchón más firme. Muy agradable en general, especialmente el personal que nos atendió.

L’accueil ! plusieurs minutes devant une réceptionniste qui ne lève pas la tête de son bureau et ne dit pas bonjour ! Petit dej, nul et cher. Les viennoiseries sont décongelées de la veille ! Et les produits chauds (œufs bacon …) en rupture sans être renouvelés.

Location was good. When we were there tnhe air conditioning wasnt working and there was a great deal of construction noise outside! The breakfast was good.

Lack of air conditioning made our stay not as comfortable as it could've been. I would ask before booking whether the air has been fixed.

Die Zimmer sind schön gross und die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Nahe am Bahnhof (Bus und Zug) und in Citynähe gelegen.Das Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück kann für einen geringen Betrag dazu gebucht werden.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und in unserem Zimmer war noch Abfall in den Schubladen von den vorherigen Bewohnern. Wir sind vormittags angekommen und konnten unser Gepäck abstellen. Einchecken war erst ab 15.00 Uhr möglich. Das ist alles ok. Leider haben wir einen Stadtplan erst beim Einchecken nach unserer Erkundungstour erhalten und nicht an Vormittag. Da haben wir ihn nicht mehr gebraucht.
