Die junge Dame an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft. Sie bestätigte krank zu sein, schien teilweise abwesend. Sie hat sich zuerst beim Schlüssel-Kodieren 2x vertan, beim 3. Kontakt dann zugegeben, dass sie sich beim Zimmer vertan hätte. Alles dauerte sehr lange. Sie hätte nicht arbeiten sollen ...

Frühstück und Frühstücksraum, sowie Frühstücksservice war gut. Lage sehr gut. Fast Zentrum.

Anreise und Abreise chaotisch. Bei Anreise erhielten wir ein Zimmer, welches belegt war. Zimmer 110, welches wir dann erhielten war okay, allerdings duschten wir nicht, da die Dusche extreme Schimmelflecken in den Ecken hatten, s. Fotos. Bei der Abreise konnte unser Name nicht dem Zimmer zugeordnet werden. Außerdem erhielten wir erst einmal einen falschen Autoschlüssel. Resümee: Hotel für die Ausstattung überteuert. Werden es nicht weiterempfehlen.
