Hotel Loreley

La posizione dell’hotel è semplicemente fantastica e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Purtroppo, però, questi aspetti positivi non bastano minimamente a compensare le gravi carenze della struttura. Le camere sono decisamente al di sotto degli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di questa categoria: vecchie, trascurate e mantenute male. Le porte si aprono e si chiudono con estrema difficoltà, dando una sensazione generale di scarsa manutenzione e poca attenzione ai dettagli. Il problema più grave riguarda il bagno, dal quale proveniva un odore terribile che finiva inevitabilmente per diffondersi in tutta la camera, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente sgradevole. È inaccettabile dover convivere con una situazione del genere in una struttura ricettiva. Altro aspetto assurdo: l'aria condizionata non era utilizzabile perché, a detta della struttura, viene attivata soltanto a partire dal 15 giugno. Viaggio molto frequentemente e non mi era mai capitato di trovare una limitazione del genere. Ancora più grave il fatto che questa informazione non fosse chiaramente indicata su Booking, dove ho effettuato la prenotazione. È davvero un peccato, perché la struttura ha un potenziale enorme grazie alla sua posizione privilegiata e alla qualità del personale. Tuttavia, allo stato attuale, l'esperienza offerta è ben lontana da quella promessa. Sinceramente ritengo che persino tre stelle siano una valutazione troppo generosa finché non verranno risolti questi problemi strutturali e di manutenzione.

- the staff were all extremely friendly and a few of them spoke a variety of languages including English and German. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful with whatever we needed - The outside of the hotel was amazing, very picturesque and comfortable - The pool was nice, it was heated which was a positive. There were comfortable seats and deck chairs all around - The included breakfast was a good bonus. It included bread, cheese, meats, yoghurt, juice, coffee, and a variety of other things - Having a balcony in the room was also nice - We went to an amazing pizza place called Da Pasquale Pizzeria Ristorante. Very good prices and would highly recommend. It is up some stairs and through an alleyway near the main food area

- The air con did not work even though they advertised it in the listing. They said it would be fixed in a week. Because of this we had to have the balcony door open all night due to how hot it was. From having the door open lots of mosquitos came in and we both left with mosquito bites all over our body! This was one of the worst things about the hotel and is unacceptable - Another major negative is that after staying at the hotel, my partner and I noticed that we both have spots all over our face. At first we thought it was normal spots, but after doing some googling the type of spots look very similar to those of bed bugs. One other sign that this could be the case is that when we woke up we noticed blood spots on the pillow and bed sheets. We can not be 100% sure that this is the case but there are some clear signs that point towards it and if it is the case this needs to be sorted out immediately - The room was nothing special, there were some good things included like toiletries etc, but the balcony was very small and the bed was pretty uncomfortable - The hotel being up a massive hill was quite annoying but they do advertise it. The electric cart up there was free which was great but there were some times where they weren’t running it. But it was active most of the day - We did not realize how expensive the restaurants would be in the area. This is more down to us not looking into it, but it is something to keep in mind

Il personale fa sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti. Bellissima la terrazza per la colazione, molto panoramica. Ottimo il servizio navetta offerto dalla struttura Gradevole lo spazio piscina

Stanza senza bidet e zanzariere Climatizzatori spenti nonostante un caldo fuori stagione Il servizio navetta finisce troppo presto la sera e considerata la posizione dell'hotel lontano dal centro, questa appare una notevole l'imitazione per gli ospiti che devono rientrare troppo presto senza poter godere della movida di Sant'Angelo

Lo staff davvero gentilissimo sanno metterti a tuo agio, di contro la camera piena di insetti e un po vecchia (i parati staccati) per gli insetti ci sta perché l'hotel è immerso nel verde e il terrazzino della camera è attorniato da piante ma proprio per questo secondo me bisognava avere più precauzioni come una sanificazione e delle zanzariere. Per il resto panorama stupendo, piscina piccolina ma accogliente con acqua tiepida termale, terrazza panoramica per fare colazione al mattino. Colazione abbastanza ricca, dolci fatti in casa ottimi.

La camera, un po vecchia con i parati staccati, insetti ovunque.

Hotel Loreley was a really good choice if you looking for a quiet place like the village of St Angelo in Ischia, Super location with a spectacular view over the sea, Hotel is offering you a comfortable option of using electric car going up and down to the centre or you could walk to enjoy the view😊 If comes to the lovley people who works there, super helpful and friendly, Room was clean and comfortable but the fake plastic flowers at the desk could be easily replaced by something else..😊

Pool was open to use for the guests but could be cleaned inside .. As well the air conditioning in the room, was destroyed and wasn't working.

Il personale gentile e la vista mozzafiato

La posizione dato che era su una salita ripida percorribile solo con delle macchine elettriche,e il servizio aveva delle fascie orarie e terminava alle 23:00,quindi se tardavi dovevi percorrerla a piedi

Colazione abbastanza buona, posizione dell’hotel parecchio difficile da raggiungere, soprattutto in salita ripida ed in alto a tutto,se non fosse per le navette che ad un certo punto però sono a pagamento giustamente, lo staff molto gentile ed accogliente!

Hotel parecchio trascurato soprattutto nei dettagli, tutto molto vecchio e mal andato come i condizionatori che perdono acqua affianco al letto, problemi tecnici con la temperatura dell’acqua che credo non erano nuovi ma problemi alla caldaia già da tempo come ci hanno fatto capire, ma mai risolti!

L’emplacement et la vue sont les seuls points à valoriser
