Bellissima location, ottima colazione continentale

Piscina un po' sporca anche se con acqua termale, buon servizio navetta ma non si può fare pagare 4,5 € a bagaglio a tratta per il trasporto verso/da l'hotel

Il personale accogliente

Tutto. La posizione. I piani. La poca ristrutturazione. Le stanze pessime e non accoglienti. Mancanza del piatto doccia.

Shuttle service times inconvenient. Breakfast choices limited. Pool water was not filtered properly.

Non mi hanno assegnato la camera vista su booking. Non funzionava l'area condizionata e nel bagno mancava il bidet.

- La vue sur mer depuis la terrasse sur laquelle sont servis les petits déjeuners,

- La clim qui ne fonctionnait pas ; - Une organisation aléatoire ; - Des travaux de décoration et d'entretien dans la chambre bâclés ; - Une piscine sale ; - Une isolation phonique entre les chambres inexistante ; - Le personnel qui se coupe les ongles dans l'espace cuisine pendant le service.

Breakfast was included and was served overlooking the bay.

The room was very dated, looks like it hadn’t seen a lick of paint in decades, the bed was a sofa bed-ish bed, very uncomfortable, my back was sore every morning. I am a tall man and my legs hung off the bed more than usual. The shower didn’t drain well and had to put a towel to stop room from flooding, tiles were also dangerously slippery when wet, my partner slipped a few times. Staff seemed unhelpful at the best of times and when we checked out early to move to a new hotel I sensed a lot of attitude. Booked through booking.com for two people, on the quoted price for 2 people, hotel charged me an extra €42 for my girlfriends stay, advising only one person had been booked, I have never had this happen to me ever before.
