SEReception staff was attentive and provided very good service both on arrival and departure. The breakfast was plentiful and well presented. Breakfast-staff was very accommodating. Parking was convenient and must be booked in advance. The situation of the hotel is excellent - right in the middle of town.
It is absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star accommodation not to offer air-conditioning in the room. Summer vacations in Europe 2026 cannot be performed in comfort without this amenity. The cleaning of the room was not satisfactory as the room felt dusty, warm, and muggy.

DESehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit einem super Frühstücksangebot.Orangen kann man sich frisch pressen und Gemüsesaft kann man sich auch selbst herstellen.
ILהמיקום מצוין במרכז העיר. הצוות נחמד מאוד. חדרים נקיים.החדרים קצת ישנים אין קומקום חשמלי והמזגן לא עשה את העבודה...
USBreakfast and dinner were fabulous. Staff was helpful and delightful. They made parking easy and our rooms were gorgeous.
