"Una scelta ottimale per potersi godere il concerto a Lucca"

La posizione comodissima per visitare Lucca, in una zona tranquilla. Lo staff della reception è gentilissimo, disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare direttamente nel cortile della struttura. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e piacevoli. Ci sono stati forniti tanti asciugamani, salviette etc... Grazie!! Il buffet della colazione era ricco - dolce e salato (orari 7.45-10). Ci è piaciuto molto poter fare la colazione all'aperto nel giardino della struttura.

Il buffet della colazione è ricco, ma molto semplice, quasi triste e non invitante. Io curerei di più la presentazione dei prodotti. Qualche piattino più carino, qualche tovaglietta colorata. Lascerei a disposizione dei clienti la macchina del caffe, per non dover chiedere ogni volta quello che si vuole. Purtroppo il caffe non era eccezionale ( ma ovviamente dei gusti non si discute..) e l'acqua del bollitore era purtroppo tiepida.

la posizione vicina alla stazione e appena fuori dalle mura,la pulizia,la colazione all' aperto

l'approccio di chi mi ha accolto mi ha lasciata un po' perplessa. Direi" dopo colazione dovrebbe sgomberare la camera(considerato il check out alle 11),non lo trovo piacevole.Considerato che io libero la stanza prestino,avrei preferito" a che ora pensa di partire?".E' diverso .Comunque grazie,per he' mi sono trovata bene

Super zentrales Hotel mit vielen hübschen Details. Sauber, zweckmäßig und perfekt für einen kurzen Step in Lucca. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Volle Empfehlung.
