Very convenient

Very convenient for close to Metro, nice staff and provide good wifi. Restaurant is very reasonable.

Our room was clean. However, the outside was a little sketchy after dark.

I liked the whole room, the big bed and the small extra room with a view of the river. I think it was a Deluxe room. Breakfast was rich and varied.

The hotel was very nice but the outside was dirty and covered with garbage

Excellent service . The staff was very helpfull

Our stay was such a delight. We got a suite and for five days our nights were extremely pleasure. I would definitely come back to the hotel and make new memories.

Tres bien mais manque d'ascenseur

We liked the property for its location to cruise terminal & Metro. The staff was polite, knowledge was sometimes lacking for local questions such as how metro worked & it was outside the door of hotel, were not known.Restaurant was good- morning buffet good & evening meal good, but if using credit there is a surcharge on your credit card there is a sign posted -but be aware. We were able to get ice and they gave us one cup, & bring cup back for more ice or would would have 1€ fee. Also got a plastic fork and charged 1€. 3 couples travelling together & we were able to get on same floor which was nice. Overall good experience
