Stadthotel Heilbronn

Es war sauber, das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, im Bad war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Selbst als wir die Toilettenspülung reklamiert haben, weil diese nicht richtig in der Wand eingesetzt war, war es kein Problem und wir durften kürzer Habe ins Nachbarzimmer wechseln. Alles komplett unkompliziert.

Gut erreichbar, Parkplatz vorhanden, saubere Zimmer, wunderbare Matratze!!!, ordentliches Frühstücksangebot und seht freundliches Personal

Es sollte mehr Wert auf die Unterhaltung der Zimmer gelegt werden! Es stand kein Fernsehprogramm zur Verfügung Die Duschabtrennung an der Wanne war defekt.

Egyszerű és gyors volt a szoba elfoglalása. A parkolás is korrekt.

The sound insulation could be improved. Noise from the corridor and doors closing was quite noticeable, and I could hear footsteps and conversations from the floor. This made it difficult to sleep until around 3–3:30 AM, and at times the noise continued later. Overall, a quieter environment would make the stay more comfortable.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, the warmth of the room, the convenient parking, and the friendly reception. The lift was also very helpful.
