Sehr bequemes Bett, schöner Garten und toller Aufenthaltsraum, sehr günstige und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Wir hatten das Hotel über Booking.com explizit wegen des Spa-Bereichs gebucht. Leider war nirgends vermerkt, dass dieser sonntags nicht zugänglich ist. Das war für uns sehr enttäuschend, da der Spa-Bereich ein entscheidender Buchungsgrund war. Wir wären auch bereit gewesen dafür einen Aufschlag zu bezahlen. Obwohl sich die freundliche Chefin entschuldigte und das Missverständnis bedauerte, gab es keinerlei Entschädigung oder Ausgleich seitens des Hotels. Das fanden wir sehr unprofessionell. Das Bad sollte dringend renoviert werden.

"Schöner Aufenthalt nähe Passau"

Ruhige Gegend, in Kellberg gibt es 2 Restaurants, fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstück ist gut, da ist für alle etwas dabei. Es gibt ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Wer mit den Rädern kommt, sollte es einfach nur wissen...man muss ca. 250 Höhenmeter überwinden, mit ebike kein Problem, wenn man noch genug Akku hat. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Passau.

Der festinstallierte Föhn wird einfach zu heiß. Hätte ich es gewusst, hätte ich meinen eigenen mitgebracht.
