Customers who wish to book a spa treatment or circuit can do so at the time of booking through the comments section, or by contacting the hotel using the information that appears on the booking confirmation. The hotel will contact the guest to confirm the date and time. The hotel cannot guarantee access to the spa without prior reservation. Please note that hotel guests can access the Plaza Mayor by car. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card used to make the reservation. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that access to the spa is not included in the room price unless otherwise specified. When booking a spa included rate, please contact the property to schedule your appointment. Air conditioning in the rooms is available from June 15 to September 15. Half board and full board regimens do not include drinks. If a prepaid nonrefundable reservation is made, the property will send guests detailed instructions and a link to a secure payment platform. If payment is not made within the period specified on said platform, the reservation will be canceled. Guests must show a valid ID and credit card at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Spa/wellness center is closed from 2026-06-17 until 2026-06-16 Bar is closed from 2026-07-09 until 2026-07-01 Sauna is closed from 2026-06-17 until 2026-06-16 Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from 2026-06-17 until 2026-06-16 A deposit may be required at the property.
