Hotel Borgovico

Wir waren nur kurz da - ein Zwischenstopp - aber es war genau der richtige Platz zum erholen, regenerieren und starten in die neue Reiseetappe! Dankeschön! Ein Wasserkocher und Espresso / Tee im Zimmer möglich - und eine Flasche kühles Wasser. Bequeme und gute Betten, ein umfangreiches Frühstück und ein großzügige Dusche und Platz im Bad.

sehr viel Teile im Bad in Plastik eingepackt. ... vielleicht könnte man z.B. die Becher wiederverwendbar machen. :-) ...

Rooms were lovely.

Hotel staff were very slow and disorganized.

Some items were empty or not there and when asked the person in charge just simply said we are out of that.

The handicap room's shower was a complete failure with water running all over the floor and we had to block it with towels.

Good location

Broken facilities, uncomfortable beds, staff only helped with the issues when asked multiple times

The room was clean

The man that checked us in was not very helpful. Since there was no parking at the hotel he gave us a map and said to find a place to park. He gave us two locations but could not find either on our navigation system. He took us to our room which was out back and up some stairs that didn’t even seem like it was part of the hotel. The room was clean but had an ant trap in a corner and there were spiders in the bathroom. The street the hotel was on was very dirty with lots of garbage. We were a couple blocks away from the city center. At first it didn’t feel safe but we felt much better the second day and it was easy to walk to the city center. I think the hotel was over priced. We stayed at a beautiful hotel in Bellagio with a great view that was less than what this hotel charged. I will not recommend this hotel or stay here again.
