Ubicación, habitación espaciosa, atención de la recepcionista muy amable en todo momento, repetiría sin dudas

• Staff were helpful throughout our stay • Around 10 minutes walk from Como S. Giovanni station • Around 15 minutes walk to the lake

• Bed/room looked similar to the photos advertised, however the cleanliness was extremely poor • Bathroom and shower did not feel clean at all • Bathroom window was transparent, which felt uncomfortable even though it faced an alleyway • Our room was located outside the main hotel building, which we found a bit strange • Late check-in was convenient, but arriving tired from travelling and walking into a dirty room was very disappointing • Unfortunately too exhausted to take photos of the cleanliness issues at the time • Definitely not worth the price paid and would not stay again

The room was nice, bright, well-equipped, and had air conditioning. Everything looked modern and clean. The staff were very kind, and it was very helpful that we could leave our luggage there for a few hours after check-out.

Mycket bra frukost utbud förutom att varm mat saknades. Mycket bra service. AC’n fungerade perfekt på rummet så mycket bekvämt då det var extremt varmt ute. Rummet kändes super bra och läget var perfekt på första våningen med fönster mot gatan. Hotellets läge var perfekt som utgångspunkt för att utforska centrum och sjön.
